Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Sapphire TCG (“Sapphire,” “we,” “us”) is a web-change monitoring service for trading-card retail URLs, operated by the individual account holder listed at contact@sapphiretcg.net. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. What the service is

Sapphire monitors publicly accessible retailer product pages you specify and delivers change alerts to Discord webhook URLs you provide. We do not purchase products, hold inventory, or act as an agent between you and any retailer. You are solely responsible for anything you do with our alerts, including any purchase attempts.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, re-sell, or re-distribute Sapphire alerts or data to third parties.
  • Use the service to violate any retailer’s Terms of Service or applicable laws.
  • Use the service to run automated checkout bots or any activity that may harm retailers, other customers, or Sapphire’s infrastructure.
  • Share your account credentials or circumvent tier limits.

You are responsible for your own use of the alerts you receive.

4. Fees and cancellation

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; we do not issue refunds or credits for partial periods already paid. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice sent to your account email.

5. Intellectual property

Sapphire owns the platform, its branding, code, and documentation. The URLs you paste into the service remain your content — you grant us a non-exclusive license to use those URLs solely to deliver the monitoring service. We do not claim ownership of retailer product data.

6. Limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that every restock will be detected, that alerts will be delivered on time, that Discord webhooks will succeed, or that you will successfully purchase any product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sapphire’s total liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for missed drops, sold-out items, resale losses, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used abusively. Where practical we’ll give notice first, but we reserve the right to act immediately for serious violations.

8. Changes to the service or these Terms

We may change the service (features, retailers, tier limits) or these Terms. Material changes will be announced via the site or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [TBD], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.
